How Long Will It Take?
We will acknowledge your request within one working day and aim to fully respond within 30 days in line with UK GDPR requirements. If your request is complex we may extend this by a further two months - if so we will let you know.
We Don't Sell Your Data
Flare Shack does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. For full details on how we collect and use your data please see our Privacy Policy.
Children's Data
While we sell children's clothing, our website is directed at parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have done so please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
