1. Insurance Coverage
Your delivery is covered for damage, theft, or loss during transit. To file a claim, please provide the following documentation:

Important Note:
This coverage does not apply to orders marked as delivered. For lost or stolen items, please file a claim directly with the last-mile courier responsible for the delivery.
2. Lifetime Warranty
The warranty applies only to customers with an active continuous rewards subscription. For customers without a subscription, claims can only be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers defects related to the appearance (cosmetic) or functionality (mechanical) of the item, provided the damage is not caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes gradual damage from regular use, such as scuffs or fading.
Exclusions/Exceptions:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Claims for damage due to normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
3. Faster Shipping
Choose our faster shipping option for expedited delivery. Please note that we do not have direct control over courier operations. Any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.

We aim to process all claims within 3 business days. You will receive an update once your claim has been reviewed. If additional documentation is required, we will notify you promptly.

Please ensure that all submitted documentation is clear and legible. Claims without adequate proof may be delayed or denied. We will inform you if any further information is needed to process your claim.
8. Refund Process
If your claim is approved and a refund is issued, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet our terms and conditions or lacks sufficient evidence. In such cases, we will notify you of the decision.
Limitations:
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased. We do not accept liability for any consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of the item or issues with the delivery process.
